She has over 25 years’ experience as an Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, Grant Writing, Revenue Cycle Management, and Billing. Rebecca graduated with a master’s degree in Public Administration with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
